Chapter 11 How to Eat

Man naturally chews his food. We now know that we should chew our food in the way of a dog or others of the lower order. So, if chewing food is natural, the more fully we chew, the more totally natural the process must be. You don’t have to worry about what you’re going to eat since you can obtain adequate nutrition from anything.

The procedure is completely dependent on your mindset when you sit down to eat.

If you’re nervous or worried about work or home problems, you’ll find it almost difficult to eat without wolfing down food. You must learn to live so scientifically that you have no worries or household concerns; this you can accomplish, and you can also learn to focus only on eating when you are seated.

Think about the flavor. Do not allow your eyes to roam over the table, expecting what you will eat next. Do not worry since you may not receive your portion of everything. Don’t anticipate the flavor of the following item; concentrate on the flavor you have in your tongue. And that is all.

When you’ve learnt how to eat well and conquered the negative habit of munching your food unchewed, eating healthfully is an enjoyable activity. While eating, one should be cheery, but not chatty. One should start a discussion after the meal.

Hunger is never an unpleasant sensation, accompanied by weakness, faintness, or gnawing emotions in the stomach; it is a pleasant, anticipatory need for food, and is felt primarily in the mouth and throat. It is only available when the subconscious mind is ready to accept, process, and absorb food.

You may eat any meals you want, so long as they are mainstays in your specific area. The Supreme Intelligence has helped humans choose these meals, and they are best for everyone. The first kind of food are those which are eaten to satisfy hunger, whereas the second is a totally different type. A divine instinct has led humanity to make use of some of the most important foodstuffs to fulfill their hunger. There is no error; these meals will not lead you astray.
